Subscription Contract: By purchasing a directory listing, you agree to pay the specified subscription fee. Your contract begins once payment is cleared and we confirm your listing registration.
Listing Verification & Content: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all data, text, and images you submit for publication are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
License to Publish: By submitting an entry, you grant Human Editors CIC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and publish your submitted content on our website.
Cancellations & Fee Structure: Subscription terms, fees, and renewal intervals are clearly detailed during the checkout process. Fees are non-refundable once a directory entry has been active and published on the platform, subject to your statutory rights.
Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to reject, edit, or delete any listing that violates our community standards, contains misleading information, or brings our status as a Community Interest Company into disrepute. If a listing is removed due to a breach of these terms, no refund will be issued.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
